John explains how to use these tools to provide stability and predictability to your business’ financial operations. In this session, attendees will learn how to:

• Identify the appropriate hedging strategies to manage these risks;

• Evaluate the performance of hedging strategies.

Speaker Biography:

John Knorring has worked in finance for over 20 years including leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, DRW Commodities, and was the former CEO of Abaxx Exchange and Clearing in Singapore. He has deep expertise in most listed commodity futures markets. He has managed risk for some of the largest hedging portfolios in the world and traded proprietarily across a variety of commodity products. John graduated from Princeton University with an Operations Research and Financial Engineering degree.
